    On-site coordination and management on the day of the event for up to 3 hours.

  • Everything included in the Basic Package, plus:

    Assistance with theme development and design concepts.

    Budget management and guidance to ensure expenses stay within the allocated budget.

    Additional vendor coordination for specialized services (e.g., photographers, florists).

    Personalized event timeline creation and distribution to vendors and key stakeholders.

    Extended on-site coordination and management on the day of the event for up to 8 hours.

  • Everything included in the Mid-Range Package, plus:

    Comprehensive event design and styling services, including custom decor and aesthetics.

    Coordination of transportation services for guests if necessary.

    RSVP management and guest list coordination.

    Assistance with invitation design and distribution.

    Additional on-site staff for larger events to ensure seamless execution.

    Post-event follow-up and coordination for any necessary wrap-up tasks.
